1 egg (fried in non-stick pan)
1 kangaroo burger pattie
½ cup roasted cinnamon dusted butternut pumpkin cut into cubes
1 tsp tahini
3 slices beetroot
5 cooked broccoli florets
1 tsp seeds
Heat a non-stick pan or a grill press. On medium heat, cook kangaroo burger pattie, turn often until cooked through, but is still moist.
Assemble bowl by placing broccoli, sliced beetroot, butternut pumpkin, avocado, egg and pattie alongside one another.
Top butternut pumpkin with tahini.
Top avocado with seeds.
